Vigilant's guarding operations are managed entirely by former Service Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers and we are extremely proud to be the only exclusively ex HM Forces security organisation in the UK.

Vigilant's vetting procedures are stringent to the core. Recruitments and required to provide 10 years of seamless work history and this is verified by the Contributions Agency to ensure that all potential guards have a faultless past.

The industry regulator expects the company's personal files annually.

Vigilant Security is the proud owner of Security Industry Authority - Approved Contractor Scheme status (SIA ACS), and we also hold Investor in People and National Britannia SafeContractor certificates.
