SEBASTIAN MORLEY: MANAGING DIRECTOR

Sebastian was an officer in The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) and United Kingdom Special Forces, seeing extensive operational service all over the world. Sebastian has been involved in the security industry since 1994.

PAUL WILLIAMSON: OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Paul was a Non - Commissioned Officer in The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment), seeing operational service in Northern Ireland. Paul has been in the security industry since 1993. He is responsible for the management of all of Vigilant's guarding operations.

GORDON ROSS: COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Gordon was a Warrant Officer in The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) and saw operational experience in Northern Ireland as an Operations and Intelligence Officer. Gordon has been in the security industry since 1993. Gordon , in liaison with Operations Director , is responsible for the officers, their duties and for the Health and Safety of all personnel on each site.

ROBERT TALBOT: OPERATIONS MANAGER

Robert was a non-Commissioned Officer in the Black Watch and saw operational service in Northern Ireland. Robert is responsible for the day-to-day operation of each contract and will liaise with the Designated Officer on a regular basis to ensure that no problems arise. Robert has six years supervisory experience.

CHARLIE STOTT: TRAINING MANAGER

Charlie was a Regimental Sergeant Major in The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) and saw operational experience in Northern Ireland. Charlie has 5 years training management experience and is responsible for all training and quality standards of employees. The Training Manager is a trained and registered SIA training provider, having attained a level 3-trainer qualification from City & Guilds.

The Training Manager is responsible for training new personnel, carrying out staff induction training, continuing professional development to all officers, refresher courses, and employee quality assessments.
