SEBASTIAN MORLEY: MANAGING DIRECTOR

Sebastian was an officer in The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) and United Kingdom Special Forces. Sebastian has been involved in the security industry since 1994.

Lord James Percy: Strategic Director

Lord James joined Vigilant in the Spring of 2008 as Strategic Director. His years of experience has been instrumental in the rapid growth of Vigilant.

 

 

HENRY MORLEY: Commercial DirectoR

Henry he joined Vigilant in the Spring of 2009. He takes charge of all commercial aspects of Vigilant’s operations including sales, marketing and expansion.

 

 

PAUL WILLIAMSON: OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Paul was a Non - Commissioned Officer in The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment), seeing operational service in Northern Ireland. Paul has been in the security industry since 1993. He is responsible for the management of all of Vigilant's guarding operations.

 

GORDON ROSS: Operations Director

Gordon was a Warrant Officer in The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) and saw operational experience in Northern Ireland as an Operations and Intelligence Officer. Gordon has been in the security industry since 1993. Gordon is responsible for Vigilant’s guarding operations.

CHARLIE STOTT: TRAINING MANAGER

Charlie was a Regimental Sergeant Major in The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) and saw operational experience in Northern Ireland. Charlie has 7 years training management experience and is responsible for all training and quality standards of employees. He is a trained and registered SIA training provider, having attained a level 3-trainer qualification from City & Guilds. As Training Manager, he is responsible for training new personnel, carrying out staff induction training, continuing professional development to all officers, refresher courses and employee quality assessments.

Frank Baillie: Administration Manager

Frank joined the Vigilant team in March 2010 as Administration Manager. He has has worked in the accountancy profession for more than 40 years

 

 

Gay Dudley: Financial Administrator

Gay joined the Vigilant team in September 2009.  She handles all financial issues including Sales invoicing, Payroll, Credit Control and Banking.

 

 

Eileen Furlong: Accounts Assistant

Eileen joined the Vigilant team in May 2010. She handles account invoicing, payroll and other administrative roles.

 

 

Mirka Soukopova: Assistant to Directors

Mirka joined the Vigilant team in 2008. She assists the Managing Director & Commercial Director.
