Vigilant's guarding service offers experience, maturity and pride in performance.
Guarding operations are managed entirely by former Service Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers.
Vigilant security officers are drawn from disciplined backgrounds with 90% being ex-Service or Police.
We select only those personnel who display ability, professionalism and crucially, reflect well on both Vigilant and your organisation.
Staff are trained to SIA standards and in addition are trained in the 'Vigilant Security Ethos' to ensure that company standards are upheld at all times.
Those staff drawn directly from the services follow a further programme, to ensure they are thoroughly prepared for the different requirements of operating in a civilian environment.

Special Event Security
Vigilant Security Services has a dedicated Event Security Department that specialises in supplying Security Officers for short-term events. These staff are all fully licensed by the SIA to Door Supervisor standard.
