Touch & Go Attendance Monitor is a solution based on the Touch & Go Access Control System. It provides a fraud-proof and reliable solution to eliminate "buddy clocking" and ghost workers.

It has the usual key elements of time & attendance systems, providing management with full and instant visibility over attendance and timekeeping of staff and contractors.

The system may be used as a stand-alone time & attendance system, with just an enrolment station and a TwinButton version TouchPoint or may be used in conjunction with the Touch & Go Access Control System by using TouchPoints for In and Out movements.

Touch & Go Attendance Monitor removes the problems associated with manual or card based systems such as reconciliation of paper based registers, lost, damaged or unreadable cards and will also eliminate card swapping ("buddy clocking") and the potential for ghost workers.

Touch & Go Attendance Monitor registers and displays every transaction as it happens. Management can be certain of the identity of the person that clocked in or unlocked a door or turnstile. There can really be no dispute! Significant cost savings can also be achieved as card production costs are eliminated and paperwork reduced.

As with Touch & Go Access Control, Attendance Monitor is a complete solution with Hardware and Software developed in house by Photobase Ltd.
