Quality of service to our customers is the paramount concern of Vigilant Security.
As a services company we stand or fall by our reputation for service. This manifests itself in the systems we use to monitor and improve our performance, and the motivation of our Managers to instill this philosophy throughout the company.
It is the established policy of Vigilant Security (Scotland) Ltd to operate a Quality Assurance System that will meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9002:2000 / BS7499:2007 / BS 7858: 2006 and other applicable Codes of Practice for our industry. We supply a service which meets our customers' needs at the most cost effective level to achieve satisfaction.
We recruit from a combination of factors: recruiting motivated, fairly paid personnel, administering them and more importantly managing them with care and precision.
We also appreciate that there are unique cosmetic touches, health and safety concerns and attention to detail required in the guarding industry. Our officers, having live and recent experience of such duties would consider this second nature.
